Good location, cleanliness and services. The buffet breakfast was quite varied and tasty. The warmth and attention of the reception staff was spectacular. A good place to stay in Santiago in a safe and very well connected area

My mother and I travel. Comfortable hotel for those who want peace, without noise. It is very close to Costanera Center (less than 10 minutes walk via safe route), where there is also Jumbo, a large supermarket where you can buy wines. The hotel is also close to departure points for Turistik tours. Friendly and attentive reception, bar lent us glasses and corkscrew, excellent maid, good breakfast service (Mr. Cristian served us, very helpful). We left satisfied. We will be back. We recommend.

I highly recommend it! Great service! It's an older hotel, simple, but very well maintained, clean and fragrant. It exceeded our expectations! The location is great and close to a lot. In addition to the subway!

Although when we arrived there was a problem at the hotel with the hot water, the establishment resolved it quickly and they did not send another chain that has them one block away. The hotel was no better than the one I had booked. Luckily everything turned out well.

Well located hotel but poorly attended. While the staff at the reception desk were more or less adequate, everything else is a disaster. The maid came in when I was sleeping even though they told her 15 minutes before not to disturb me. When I went to lunch and ordered a glass of wine, the waitress didn't know how to uncork a bottle of wine and I had to do it myself. The Venezuelan “bartender” in the afternoon is a shame. First he wasn't there and I waited for him for 20 minutes for him to deign to appear. The first day I wanted to order a beer and he left it unopened on the table saying that “I didn't have a bottle opener.” The next day I went with a friend who ordered a Baleys (it was on the menu) and that guy took almost half an hour to prepare something totally different. Out of decency, my friend took it anyway. And with the audacity to ask for a tip. The bathrooms have a dirty look. Towels are old and look like they haven't been used in years. For never again. I suggest avoiding this establishment.
