Watch right across from the Union Building in Pretoria, South Africa. It is quite accessible. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very delicious. There is a large underground parking lot, so it is very convenient to use a car. Spacious room and bathroom was also very nice. Most of all, it was really nice to stay with the kids. I'm staying with my two kids and it's a family trip for a while. It was a good hotel to stay.

We checked in late, were welcomed at the parking entrance by a helpfull staff member and served by a competent clerk at reception. It all went very smooth and quick. The amenities were clean and organised and we immediately felt at home. The room was spacious and spotless. Checkout went as smooth and I need to use the word effortless from my side. The hotel failed to provide electricity to charge phones, hair dryers couldn't be switched on, laptops couldn't be switched on. The reason for the trip was to attend a function. The phones being off meant that one was cut off from communication. After asking reception in the morning, I was confidently told the generator only works for lights. Consider ppl travelling into pta from far in future generator purchase please. Even if u lease it. It will go a way

So we stayed here before and after our Safari Tour in Pretoria. First stay was OK. Terrible shower/bathroom and the food was expensive for dinner and breakfast. Second stay was a huge change. They read our first review and when we arrived 12 days later after our tour they addressed our shower issue and got us a nicer room that had a good shower. The staff and front desk really listened to us and made our stay really welcoming. My husband lost a personal item (no real value) on the day we were leaving for our tour and we told the front desk that we checked the room and we could not find it. We didn't even know where we lost it. Well when we came back 12 days later the same front desk clerk presented us his lost item and we were so appreciative. To hold something for 12 days and remember us was worth it! We also lost another item on tour and the staff didn't even notify us knowing we were returning in 2 days! Safety in Pretoria is unknown to us but this was close enough to Luffa Park which is amazing for our short stay; some of the best food we had for our 3 week trip. So location is pretty good IMO. Rooms were comfortable and we had no issues navigating the stairs to our room.

I wouldn't really have chosen this kind of hotel, as I prefer smaller and more family accommodation, but the place where I booked made a booking mistake and they placed me here. We struggled to find as the parking is not really close to the main entrance on ground floor. Nobody told us to drive 6 levels up... The rooms are standard and equipped with the essential. I didn't like the fact that they try to charge you 25R of parking every time you get a new ticket... I assume it is convenient for those wanting to stay in the middle of town, as it is quite centrally located. Not really found of the shopping mall atmosphere, but again, this is my personal opinion.

I was travelling to Namibia and used this hotel for an overnight stay. It is about a 35 minute taxi ride from Johannesburg airport at night. Almost all the distance was on a secure highway. The hotel is located in a very good location in Pretoria, next to a sports stadium. The central part of Pretoria was an easy 5 minute ride away. The hotel is in fact located in a complex with a sports stadium, restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery, and other amenities. It is very secured as it is cordoned of by fencing and security. The staff was pleasant, greeted me and smilingly gave me my room details. I had a beautiful clean room with fresh bedding, a shower, some amenities, and a good night's sleep. There was a nice sky bar with good late night food and music. It was nice sit in the bar and enjoy the Pretoria Skyline. There is a pool in the roof. Breakfast was a good spread. It was a nice experience at this hotel.
