Lovely stay. Massimo was very helpful and communication was good - which was necessary as my arriving flight was delayed.
The place has a lovely balcony over the working port of Pozzuoli (where the ferries to the islands go). Traffic can be busy and it can be noisy in the evening, but you can't hear much with the door shut.
Comfortable bed and shower. Spacious room. Breakfast is at a local cafe.
Very easy to get to the lower town centre, Rione Terra and the Temple of Serapis; everything else of Pozzuoli is uphill. The Cumana-Montesanto train station is a few minutes walk and it makes going to the western side (touristy) side of Naples quite easy.

The room was large and in a prime location, with a balcony overlooking the harbour. Comfy beds, nice view. The owner is very kind and answers all questions. Grazie mille Massimo! Comfortable beds, big bathroom, fridge, parking (nearby). Breakfast is taken in a nearby bar, very tasty (delicious sfogliatelle) and excellent coffee! Anytime again.

L' ospitalità del Sig. Massimo, l' ottima posizione e per ultimo ma non da ultimo la perfetta pulizia, rendono questa struttura un luogo da consigliare e........da ritornarci. Il proprietario inoltre è disponibile x suggerire itinerari e quant'altro necessità!
