An excellent hotel/hostel situated in the heart of Pozan. Great value for money, lovely staff who were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, well equipped kitchen with teas and coffee provided, and a onsite restaurant offering 10% off for hostel guests. I would definitely return!

We stayed one night and we had a pleasant stay. The receptionist was nice and gave us ideas of places to visit and places to eat/drink. Also, reception closes at 9pm so make sure you are there before. We had a studio on the 4th floor and it was well equipped and quite soundproofed (also please not that there is no lift). Breakfast is located about 3/5min away from the hotel and can be quite busy (you can sit inside or outside) and there is a bit of variety.

I was booked it through *********** and was believing that it was hotel but when arrived it turned out that it is a hostel. The service was lovely, lady was really polite, showed me the apar**ent which was really nice. I booked Deluxe suit, would have liked it it more if instead combining 2 beds together and calling it double bed the actual double bed was there. I loved how clean it was, the bathroom only need handles near shower and the heating system was a bit loud to my liking hence it disturb my sleep so unfortunnately it not a place for me to return.

From the beginning at the reception desk there are the happiest and very helpful girls they told us everything we wanted to know and much more :-) thank you for this. The place is very quiet, very clean and the beds are so much comfortable that you want to stay there all day :-) very close to the old town and other interesting places in Poznań, thank you for you hospitality and kindess

The big advantage is location - very close to main old market. And that's it about pluses. Hostel entrance is stinky and dirty, with horrible mould smell. The apar**ent was clean, bath and WC not separated from the room at, even no curtain. No water, no tea set in the room, nothing. What is funny - no TV ( as for Cinema Apar**ents I found it very weird. Breakfasts are in the place based 500m from hostel - very basic. As for nearly 250eur for 2 night stay that was unacceptable. Staff - hard to say, Ukrainian lady at the reception very nice, but at check out we waited for the reception to be open at 11am but no-one ever came, no-one picked up the phone. Summing up - I would not recommend the place.

After a one-day stay with a friend, the hotel deducted PLN 600 from my account without any notice or conversation. After the fact, I received a message that the glass panel (lacobel) on the induction hob was damaged. The damage was not caused by us, we arrived in the evening for one night and did not use the kitchen. When contacting the reception, the lady did not want to solve the situation and we did not contact the person responsible for collecting the funds or the owners, arguing that "the owner will probably not be willing to talk to us". The amount was charged without providing evidence or cost estimates. We received a photo of a broken window that may have been there from previous customers.

Great place. I've been a guest of Cinema many times, but this time I stayed with my family. The apar**ent was beautiful, but I booked for 5 people and this apar**ent was intended for 4, one person had to sleep on the floor because a mattress was provided. The lady at the reception who was really great informed us about it. I wasn't happy but I didn't want to spoil the family's mood. I highly recommend this place in Poznań. Thank you. Edith
