The room is very clean, beautiful and comfortable. In the central of the city. Staffs had good service-mind and very helpful. Breakfast is delicious.

The front desk staff welcomed you warmly and gave a very detailed description. The hotel is in a very good location. There is a subway station in front of the door, which is super convenient.

A very nice boutique hotel. The public area and guest rooms are very well designed. The bathroom facilities in the room are good. There is a coffee machine and kettle. Chocolates are given at turndown and a bottle of porter is given at welcome. The front desk service is average. The girls in the afternoon class are better than the ones in the morning class.

Not a 5 star, rooms are claustrophobic, staff is rude and clueless especially reception, room phones don’t work, pool is like a puddle, no housekeeping, only location is decent. Avoid if u can - in same money you can get better - maybe book next door hotel. Slow lifts - overall one of the worst experiences we have had while travelling.

The hotel was in a great location, love the decor and room interiors. The reception team were really helpful and the restaurant offered a delicious breakfast The gym was well equipped and overall I had a great stay and would definitely come back

I’ve been to Porto many times and this was my first stay here. It’s in a handy location for whatever you want to do in Porto, and also close to the metro from the airport.
The service was impeccable - I dropped my case off early when I arrived from the airport (5 hours before check in) - when I arrived to check in, they advised they had taken it to my room. I also got a nata on check in! I didn’t have any need to contact the staff for a specific reason but they were always friendly. It’s also a 24hr reception which made me feel safe as solo female traveller.
I booked a standard room and it was beautiful, clean and bigger than I was expecting. The bed was super comfortable and had usb charging points next to it which is handy.
The bathroom was a really good size and they had really great amenity kits - including toothpaste which was really handy as I forgot mine!
One evening, I decided to get a drink at the hotel bar which was a cosy little space with friendly service.
Overall , I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely book again for a future trip to Porto

The hotel is a very beautiful boutique hotel. Rooms are good sized, showers are awesome. Bathrooms are small & bed are a bit hard. Staff was amazing, bar area is super cool & something to definitely visit.
