The management at this hotel clearly understands that great customer service is the golden key to its success. When we walked through the doors on our arrival we knew instantly that we'd made the right decision. The welcome from receptionist Sharon was warm,friendly and helpful - we received a speedy response from Sharon to our email sent earlier. This level of courteousness was extended throughout our stay by all members of staff. The location of the Mallorcan Palace is superb; a perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Sa Coma. It is modern, meticulously maintained and beautifully designed. We were impressed with the tasteful interior features. Our Premium Room #2003 on the ground floor was perfect- it was spacious, with a nice large balcony, furnished with sunbeds, table and chairs. The bed was super comfy bed, lots of storage space, a roomy bathroom with a powerful shower. It was immaculately maintained and all sundries replenished daily. We chose half board and the food was top rate - both breakfast and dinner offered a variety of dishes and everything we sampled was delicious and many of our favourites were on offer. The tables were attractively set and the service, friendly and efficient. We cannot recall every member of staff by name though they include Sharon, Jenny, Monica, Miguel, Abdel, Karim and the rest! ... without exception all staff are a credit to the hotel, their professionalism and friendliness greatly enhanced our visit. Our thanks to everyone who helped make our October break a memorable . Our reluctant departure is tomorrow and we leave thinking "yes, Paradise Hotel does exist'' - a little over dramatic perhaps but then our experience was pretty close to heavenly!
