Hotel is very clean and organized. The staff are extremely friendly and polite. The staff, in general, is very helpful and people work with a lot of good will.
Breakfast at the hotel is very hearty, has a wide variety of food and drinks.
The only negative point in my opinion is the parking that is paid separately. R$ 40 was charged for each day the car was parked. I found the value too expensive considering that even in hotels that do not have their own parking, they have a partnership with a parking network that makes the cost cheaper for the customer.

Hotel excelente, apenas a garagem que fica em frente, não no hotel, sem manobrista, e o valor um pouco mais alto do que costumo pagar. No restante tudo ótimo, café da manhã muito farto e delicioso. Recomendo.

Is a great area, but they never did renovations , is old appliances. Is not good clean bathrooms,or bedroom floor , they only change the towels and bad sheets is very clean . The staffs all very nice , but you have to pay to park every day , it’s not included on the hotel , is a expensive hotel but is not worth , they need to do it all the renovations to be fair . I’m very disappointed , compare to the others hotels is cheaper than them and they have better hotels.

Spacious and bright room, with everything you need, ok cleanliness, great location, breakfast with many options (including several lactose-free cakes - a little option without added sugar would be good). Points that could be improved, but that did not compromise our stay: TV very small and poorly located (too low, not being very comfortable to scare her lying in bed) and lack of glasses in the room (fridge well stocked, but no glasses). We would stay again.

It was very good, but I think parking should not be paid.
I didn't like the curtains in the room for me, it was to be desired because of the light in the morning.
I think the curtains have to be completely aligned and well sealed.
