The hotel is a long time to check in and nothing practical. The hotel is a very small hotel, and it is a very small hotel. I mean, if you wake up early and want to get the best sun that is the morning, you can, but nothing to get into the water before 10:00! Crazy! The park? This is just the same!! It is: if you stay in the hotel only one day to enjoy the park, you won't be able to! Because the hotel check-in is after 16:00 and the check-out before 14:00, exactly at the time when the park is ”working” and you enter or leave. Moreover, food is very good and drinks are good, despite the limitation of time.

The facilities and swimming pools are excellent. I only left the room cleaning more attention as a point of improvement and more staff to the restaurant. With the great number of guests it was sometimes difficult to find a clean table. But the hotel is generally very good and the restaurant is excellent.

It seems to be a reform because it still has rooms with old but clean bathrooms.Tip: stay in executive suites. It has one thing here and another to make up, but I generally liked the hotel. The breakfast is tired and the laser area is all over the ground. Receptionists are excellent, especially Paul, very kind and requested. The worst of the hotel are guests, there are always many people, mostly noisy and uneducated, who come to listen to music in the corridors. Parking is bad and expensive, the vacancies are rotating, they stay with the key and they change the car, they picked up my 2 times and even agr I'm trying to solve with them. It seems that you choose the best vacancies according to the value of the car, more than 100.000 the service is priority. Only one of the manufacturers was sympathetic, others were ironical. I only knew the parking was not linked to the hotel at the check out. For anyone who wants to be agitated and animated, the hotel is great.

All staff are very educated and careful, especially for Mr. Daniel Marchesi and Mr. Bruno, and the rooms are very large, always very clean. The servants always carefully wondering if we need something. Breakfast is very well served. We will surely be back. Thanks all for your care.

The hotel is very spacious and very well located in the centre of the wells. Breakfast is well served. the service depends on the time and well. the location to park and the street is therefore the blue area during the day.

I had no surprises staying there, what is good. However, I didn't like the renovation of the lobby. The breakfast has been served in a provisory area. The tables are too close to each other, a very tight place. The food and beverage are next to the renovation area, without any kind of protection against dust or painting smell or whatever. The period of the service was shortened as well, closing an hour earlier than usual. In spite of all these troubles, the breakfast was charged full price. I had to make a last minute reservation at Ibis due to problems in my original reservation in another hotel. Of course, they charged me the flat price, no discounts. The problem is that they didn't easy on the payment at all, as is usual in Brazil. Normally, I can divide the total cost in 6 to 10 interest-free instalments using the credit card. This time, I had to pay it full in one down payment. I have an Accor's membership but it didn't make any difference. I was treated as any common guest.

I am completely disappointed with the service. The bedrooms smell like molde and they are dirty. My husband and son that suffer with allergies had a really bad time here. You get from a long trip and the bedrooms don’t have tower, you need to ask them to send them and you wait for hours to receive them, if the cleaners get the dirty/wet towers, they don’t replace them with new ones. I got myself naked with 2 kids and no tower to dry us. There is no security, they don’t have a control who is in each bedroom. They gave me twice keycard to go inside the bedroom that already have people in there. And worse 2 of my family members had the door open overnight. And one day someone open the door when my sister in law just had come out from the shower. The food is repetitive and there is no variety for kids. And worse we find a fly inside the coconut pudim. The employees are not prepared for the amount of people in the hotel so they can’t put food quickly enough or cutlery, you often need to wait to get cutlery or food. The fridge doesn’t have water, if you want water overnight you have to walk until the restaurant to get 200 mL cups that they provide, what is really annoying when you have kids. The internet stops working often and you need to reconnect every time to be able to do something. There is a carpet between restaurant and the main building that stinks as hell. Although, the building has ramps, they are not really accessible, it is really hard moving around with the pram and I can’t imagine how would be for a person in wheelchair. The baby kitchen/room is disgusting and the sink is really dirty and clogged. In a overall you can see how bad the management is and how the employees are unprepared, Once for all it is not worth for the price that you pay.
