The location is a bit scary. I only discovered the problem with the location when I arrived. There were many construction workers, and they were all black and scary.

Staff was friendly. Property needs updating and cleaning. Shower water did not drain until about an hour after I had finished. Water had an odd odor.

Would have been a positive review but for some reason these freaks decided it was a good idea to vacuum the entire hallway at 4AM. The bed was also pretty blown out. I'd have gotten better sleep had I simply driven home.

I enjoyed the remarkably good water pressure and temperature as well as the nice pillows and comfortable bed. Every member of staff was professional and very capable. This is not the newest building, so you can see evidence of completed repairs, and the grout in the shower is not perfect. Nonetheless, the in-room heater kept the room cozy and comfortable on the night I stayed, when it was −4° F outside. The rug for the shower, the towels, and the sheets were bright white and felt really good.

The people were great. Bathrooms are terrible and water smells funny. It needs a lot of updates, the wallpapers gross and etc but the people make it great

Staff was awesome!! Our only issue was that the electronic lock on our room stopped working. But the staff was wonderful and came with a master key every evening when we came in. Wish the heat/ air would have had a thermostat. Hard to get the right temp in the room. Bed was comfortable. Had a couch, desk, microwave, fridge, coffee pot and more. Very nice over all. Just a bit older building.
