The apar**ents are located in a very good place. Close to the main promenade and the dunes of Maspaloma. Everything is achievable on an easy hike. Nearby there are shopping centers, cafes, boutiques. With the bus traffic can get to where the heart desires. The apar**ents have everything you need for a good sense of home. Kitchen area with dining area, bedroom and amenities together with a bath. Spacious enough rooms with a balcony, which offer a view of the surroundings. There is no other building ahead. The staff is interested in helping, listens to what is required.

Like every three out of five review there are positives and negatives. First the positives , Staff were super friendly and always greeted us when we past by, pool area was spotless and the the poolside beds were new and comfortable. On the negative side the WI-FI was awful definitely needs upgraded. While the towels were renewed every three or four days it was day nine before the bedsheets were changed. There was nothing apart from a small brush and pan to clean the floors, the apar**ents needed to be better equipped

Budget accomodation with basic facilities, perfect for friends or couples who are not really bothered in spending time inside the room. We didn't get room service in the whole stay ( 4nights) even though we asked for it. We had to get toilet paper, bin bags and towels ourselves during our stay there. The staff at reception were a bit sour and not really communicative or helpful, huge lack of customer service. They only had a couple of hairdryers and irons for the whole place. If you are looking for a budget accomodation with pool on site, few minutes walking distance to the beach and supermarket and restaurants.... That's the perfect place! If you have high expectations, forget about it.

Son apartamentos muy antiguos pero lo peor es que no están nada cuidados. Parece ser que hay algunos reformados y otros no,lo que no entiendo es porque dan los no reformados a los clientes en temporada baja. Muy bien ubicados y en temporada baja puedes aparcar en la puerta, en temporada alta dudo que se pueda. La piscina reformada y con buena pinta aunque no la usamos. El resto, horrible. Nuestro apartamento estaba sucio, con mobiliario roto...Adjunto fotos que hablan por si solas. Ya lo teniamos pagado y no nos devolvian el dinero, si no,nos hubieramos ido a otro hotel. Gracias a Sergio, el chico que estaba en recepción,que nos buscó otra habitación un "poco mejor" que hizo estar un "poco más cómodas".

Apartamento un poco anticuado da la sensación que estan de reformas porque algunos si se ven más modernos e las fotos, todos vistas a la piscina, lo mejor supermercado Hiperdino justo doblando la esquina grande precios baratos. Cerca de la playa y de zona de marcha caminando, facil aparcamiento, no dispone de productos para la loza
