Great location great service clean rooms

The room was OK and quiet. Newly renovated, most of the facilities are still new, there are various restaurant options nearby, and the breakfast is OK. There are not many parking spaces, but it is free.

The refurbished hotel is generally OK and relatively quiet

I feel that the service is poor. The toilet was blocked for a few times. The shower gel was added for 2 days. Breakfast is the same every day. There is free parking and there are few restaurants next to the hotel.

What i like most is the cleanliness but soon i checked in turned on the Tv there was a complaint. Also the lady staff are terrible they read you by your body language and ask do belong in the hotel when there should be no discrimination especially when i paid for three nights. But the food is wonderful thank you cooks.

Great stay. The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel was recently renovated so it felt new. Breakfast was nice with a fair ranch of options. Very close to sawgrass mills mall. I would stay again.

We wanted 1 room with 2 beds. We got 1 room with 1 bed. They offered a rollaway bed, which we accepted. After checking in with them at the front desk multiple times in a 2-3 hour time span and them telling us that it should be on its way...we never received it..

It says there’s airport transportation that was not correct. There was none! Everything was kinda iffy cleanliness but over all ok for a one night stay that we needed

Staff didn’t want to clean our room, we had to ask several times, telephone wasn’t working in the room, parking lot was full of large utility trucks parked, hard to get a parking spot in the holiday inn parking. I have never seen this problem in any other hotel parking, didn’t have good experience with Holiday Inn at Plantation location, I am well travelled person, very bad experience
