Beautiful hotel, opened in last 2 years and beautiful design. Rooms are big and have everything you want. Some rooms even have a washing machine and a small kitchen! Restaurant serves great dinner for a solo business traveller as well. Also a shopping mall is close by.

Firstly, I would like to 王利 for being the best hotel attendant. She would ask about my needs and arrange for house keeping everyday based on my request. She is very patient and understands my request easily. I felt like a vip in this hotel.
Hotel location wise is very near to Shopping Mall. The furnitures and facilities are also in very good condition. I done my research and can say for sure that this hotel is the best in PiZhou.
By the way, I am not local and can say for sure this hotel has met the International 5 star standard.

每次節假日回家都會首選入住這家酒店，入住前工作人員給我打電話跟我確認入住，問我有沒有什麼特別要求，入住後房間貼心的送上水果，手寫的留言條，看到後很是温馨，房間帶有洗衣機特別方便，適合我這個懶人出行，客房阿姨還會看到我洗衣服給我提供晾衣架與洗衣液，意外驚喜！酒店前台配有咖啡機，酒店的仁愛物品，也是免費使用，走了還帶走一些哈哈哈哈，不得不説酒店真是應有盡有，大堂吧免費的下午茶，最主要的是工作人員還送我一張免費茶券，想一想真是省了不少money，真是物超所值呀，以後回家還得是住鉑翠！偷偷告訴大家，這家酒店前台小姐姐也很漂亮～

我們夫婦路過邳州，這個以前沒走過的城市。預訂了攜程網這家評價高的酒店。入住當天酒店來電詢問我們到達的時間，説提前安排房間。我們到達酒店，劉翠經理在大堂接待，幫助我們登記 並送我們到房間，熱心介紹酒店設施。當了解我們準備在酒店用餐時，專程到餐廳前台交代是酒店的客人。非常熱心專業。酒店設施及早餐與一線城市的五星酒店相比一點不差。如果有機會會再次入住。

房間乾淨整潔，裝修比較新，有送水果和酸奶，吧枱的小吃也都是免費的，很不錯的住宿體驗。
服務很周到，前台辦理入住和退房的效率非常高，辦理入住的時候還會送上温水，體驗感很好。
可能因為房間的電話無法撥打吧，會有一個工作人員通過微信的方式提供非常貼心的服務，服務很熱情。不過還是建議把房間的電話連通吧，畢竟微信不一定是最及時的聯繫方式，且不是所有人都願意添加微信，且微信需要有等候回覆的時間，但電話可以隨時撥打。
