Been my usual go to hotel as location is very near to everywhere in between two lines of Chiyoda and Ginza.

Amazing location in between three major subway stations. Plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby too. Room was very small but clean. Recommend the most for solo travelers. I didn't try their breakfast buffett but the price was reasonable (~1500 yen).

Clean room, big room. There is bar at downstairs. Near temple and harry potter cafe. Unique hotel with robot reception. The price also cheap

Location is great, got a big enough room for myself for a comfy 10 night stay. Bed was comfortable ok but pillows were not my cup of tea. Room was also slightly noisy - not traffic but pipes etc maybe. Lg styler was interesting to use.

Top 3 things we like at the hotel:
1. Breakfast - it has everything we needed to feel full before a long day of exploring. It has fresh vegetables and fruits, coffee, milk, juice, breads, noodles, soup, and rice w/viands. It has yogurt and cereals for our little one as well. Definitely our favorite meal of the day.
2. Cleanliness - both our trash cans and our towels were cleaned and changed daily.
3. Smooth check-in/out - the machine/robot was fast and reliable.
One thing to consider:
1. It's a 5-min walk to the nearest station - Tameike Sanno. We did not mind this much though because it has four subway lines (Ginza, Namboku, Chiyoda, and Marunouchi that we were able to utilize during our trip). There are convenience stores (7/11 and Family Mart), Yoshiike supermarket, and restaurants in the vicinity as well.

Hotel has a pretty good location, walking distance to train stations, plenty of restaurants around, next to a Seven Eleven which is pretty handy for snacks at night. Breakfast was descent although no option of soy or almond milk. Easy check in with a machine and robots which was fun, check out at 11 is good as well. I would stay there again but I would get a room with two beds because there’s not enough if you have more than one baggage.

Didn’t actually see any staff as I was only there one night. Floor could do with a hoover found some black hairs but other than that it was clean. Great bar underneath and the location is really handy.
