The hair dryer stopped blowing halfway. 2. The sound insulation is very poor. Someone was talking loudly at the door in the middle of the night. 3. The service is average. 4. There are mosquitoes everywhere. They are still there after hitting them! 5. There is no WiFi either.

Advantages: It is 3-5 minutes away from the Leaning Tower of Pisa scenic spot. There is a convenience store and many restaurants downstairs. Disadvantages: 1. The facilities are very old and the hotel has not been renovated for a long time. The door lock of the concierge is not smart and uses the most common mechanical key. I dare not leave valuables in the room when no one is around. 2. The water rack next to the bathroom is full of rust. People who care may feel uncomfortable when taking a bath. 3. Location is excellent,just 2 minutes walk to the leaning tower. Breakfast was amazing and the Bar is great too. The rooftop view of the Leaning tower is mind-blowing. The receptionist had called a cab for me to go to the airport and it came on time. There is no fan or aircon in the room. Overall will recommended stay at this hotel.
