不知道你們住的房間怎麼樣，洗個澡我放了大概七八分鐘都沒有熱水出來，洗漱台的更加久，等或許可以接受，中間要排掉多少冷水真的是沒辦法接受，下去問前台也衹是説其他房間很快，但願就我洗不上熱水澡吧

酒店前台那個年輕的女的，服務態度極差，從開房就非常不耐煩，開個房用了十幾分鍾，問她為啥這麼慢，還説就是這麼慢房號給我們登記錯WiFi密碼不知道，説錯了問第二遍還不耐煩給我開的房間淋浴間沒門，洗漱沒梳子5樓7點鐘就有人一直吵，隔音很不好訂的房間帶早餐，也沒有送不過要誇一誇接班的那個大姐，服務態度超級好，説話也好聽

帶孩子給我們做了免費升級房型，位置可能稍偏所以過來住的人不多很安靜，對比市區內大多民宿環境強太多了，性價比也很高，前台小姐姐人很好，帶我先看房後辦理入住。本來打算多住兩天，可惜小孩半夜生病一大早就返程了。

!!!!!不要住!不要住!不要住!!!!nnd，這輩子沒住過這麼垃圾的酒店。
房間裏面感覺像是三十年前的裝修，燈光昏暗，空調聲跟裝修一樣，隔音還差。
房間裏面竟然沒有前台電話？!!!問事還要自己到樓下去問。
地板是木頭做的，已經被腐蝕了，一大片黑色，看着像有蛀蟲，有蛆。
前台根本就是暑假工，什麼都不知道，問他還要打個電話再問別人。
真的別住，睡大街都沒這麼憋屈。

房間的優點是空調特別足！價格也還算實惠。
缺點是衞生間的門特別難關，關起來聲音好大，床也太硬了。服務沒有什麼問題，位置有點鬧中取靜的感覺了，距離車站夜市和龍王頭沙灘都不是特別遠，但這塊又冷清很多，看個人習慣吧。騎個共享電動車或者租電瓶車都挺方便的。

前台姐姐很和善，免費給我升級了房間。空調很給力，可能是房間小的緣故，晚上冷得不得了。設施比較老舊：晚上回房間出了電梯一片漆黑，走廊沒有開燈，衞生間的門鉸鏈壞了，開門吱吱作響。浴室下水管也堵了。夏季平潭酒店價格都高，200多也算很實惠的了。

大晚上的有蟑螂爬床上一晚上開着燈睡沒睡踏實，衞生間一開燈手紙上爬的蟑螂，設備都不太好了，衞生間門關不住，馬桶墊錯位，床頭開關脱落。看得出來酒店一開始裝修是花了心思的，沒有維護好。要不是其他好點的酒店都滿房了沒訂上。歎氣。價格也沒比好些的酒店便宜多少，很差的一次體驗。第二天趕緊換其他酒店了。
