性價比很高，安排的酒店24樓最高的樓層，景色也很不錯！國慶期間價格也很合理，設施比較乾淨，還有機器人🤖️，總的來説還是不錯的。

國慶節帶着家人來平湖入住的全季酒店，酒店旁邊就是八佰伴商場，吃飯購物都很方便！前台安排我和家人都住在20樓，房間不大，早餐品種不算多，能吃飽！唯一不太滿意的是必須12點前退房（我住那麼多次酒店，一般協商後都能延遲到2點）

入住的時候前台的小哥要讓我退了攜程上定的 説加錢升級什麼高級大床房 被我拒絕後他跟我説 那我先跟你説清楚 我們的大床房都在轉角處 而且房間很小 我説可以 沒想到到了房間之後真是又臟又差又臭 沒有見過一個全季是這樣的 一年到頭出差基本上都住全季 對全季的印象都很好 而且很多全季都很客氣 第一晚會升級成更好的房型 根本沒有遇到過這種 服氣！圖一的枕頭芯是又黃又臟又臭 還露在外面的 圖二的沙發也是

服務跟不上價位，前台的服務不行，忘了告知掃碼，應該是親自上樓處理，而不是讓客户上下樓折騰。
當詢問會員有什麼差別，居然回覆都一樣，無言。也不含早餐，也不告知早餐方式。
隔音很差，隔壁説話都聽得到。
