Located in the southern part of Phuket, this villa is the sister hotel that belongs to the Stay Wellbeing and Lifestyle Resort. Service is flawless and villa clean and well maintained. We tried breakfast and dinner at Fresca and both are surprisingly very good. Strongly recommend to young people who enjoy fitness and massage/spa. Since the hotel and villa are quite isolated, self drive is necessary. Our family love and enjoyed staying here.

middle of the street, and the staff told us not to make any noise past 9pm. felt like we were staying in a hopital not a hotel

The whole family traveled together and it felt very good. Except for taking a taxi, which is a bit more expensive, everything else was fine. It was quite safe. Cleaning is done every day, but there are a lot of mosquitoes

The pool is really good, food from Fresca restaurant was also good. Villas equipped with laundry room, dish washing machine, microwave, and big grill. All is good , clean, but villa looks tired and needs some cosmetic repair, and more attention on mosquitos which is everywhere. Beddings was not bad, but maybe also better. Check in/out goes in the villa. Free transport to villa market and back. Service is good, staff very friendly and always smiling

Our week-long family stay at Casabay Villa in Phuket was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The villa exceeded all our expectations: it was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. Each room was tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Although there wasn't an ocean view, the saltwater pool more than made up for it, offering a refreshing and private experience for the whole family. The villa staff impressed us with their quick and flawless cleaning service, maintaining the villa in perfect condition throughout our stay. We didn't need assistance with organizing tours, as we preferred exploring at our own pace. Overall, the villa provided a 'home away from home' feeling, making our family vacation both comfortable and memorable. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We are a group of 12 who have booked their largest villa - the six bedroom for 3 nights. We are all vegetarians - and have just checked in. After 12 hours of travelling , we just requested the team to prepare a vegetarian meal for us - and they blatantly refused without even trying with the chef. We are at their restaurant and they don’t make the most basic change as removing egg from an egg Fried rice ( the only vegetarian dish )!. I have also spoken to the manager - Fredrick and requested but he simply refused for everything. You come to Thailand for the warm hospitality and service - which is completely lacking here. You obviously expect basic vegetarian options when the world is stepping towards vegetarianism - and even if they don’t have options , they should atleast make an effort or try. We haven’t checked out the villa yet - but this is the first hour and it’s been completely disastrous and harrowing after hours of travel. Judging by the service at the reception - the first feel of this place is terrible and not recommended.
