房間太小了

Not bad, the service is pretty good but a bit biased

The hotel is very good in terms of environment, service, hygiene and swimming pool. The only thing missing from the room is that there is no place to hang clothes! What is not satisfactory is that the location is a bit remote on the mountain. It takes 600 taxis to Naka, 500 taxis to Patong, 900 taxis to the outlets, and 1.2 kilometers to the nearby 7-11! This location is suitable for vacation, swimming, fitness and lying in the hotel! It is not suitable for us to bring children to play! It is also far from the beach! It is not recommended to go to the starlight tour of Phang Nga Bay when going out to sea!

The Russian site differs from the English one in information, but the employees made concessions and changed the room, the location is not very convenient, but the hotel is good, the breakfasts are good, there is a choice, but closer to 9.30 in the morning there are cold dishes, this is not the first time we have stayed here.

The hotel is very good. I regretted switching to the second hotel. My stay in Yama was very comfortable.

還可以吧 我覺得這個價位算可以的了。 要注意選房的時候要選海景，因為我個人覺得山景沒啥意思。酒店門前有個小餐館味道可以。

It was a pleasant stay at The Yama Hotel. The staff are really antentive and very helpful. They will make you feel like home. Every staff start from the Front gate the parking attendant , receptions, front desk staff, room services will make you feel comfortable. The breakfast was good Will definitely recomend it. PS: Please visit the small restaurant just nest to the hotel the food is delicious. (Best in Phuket my opinion :) )

Overall the hotel was above average. The rooms were clean. Swimming pool was good. Location was a bit off the main road and a steep climb if you walk. Advisable to have a vehicle. Shuttle service had limited timings and booking needed. Good for families and group. Was given the room just in front of the hotel lobby, a little disappointed but for the price of the hotel I think more could have been done for the rooms. Mini bar was chargeable. Just an average stay nothing wonderful. The staff were always courteous and were excellent in helping whenever needed.
