Extremely good for long stay purposes as a lot of amenities are available from long stay perspectives. The hosts are very sweet and friendly.

Our short stay at Maikhao Beach Residence was really amazing. The service was excellent. Very good facilities and the meal was good.

總的來説性價比太低，在泰國這個價格可以住到更好的。優點是老闆的服務態度很好，英文也講的很好，很樂意推薦玩的地方給你，户外還有一個泳池，而且這裏的人少，不會怕躺椅不夠用，比較安靜，靠近機場。缺點：房間的廁所有挺大異味，我住兩天都不敢打開廁所門，一打開味道就會散出來，很難聞。房間的設施算是最簡陋的那種，但也算乾淨，沒有吹風機。位置比較偏僻，附近的食物和便利店都離得挺遠的，太陽一下山外面的路就沒人了，也不敢出去。估計得租個摩託車才方便。

房間乾淨整齊，稍有黴味，也可以理解，畢竟是在海邊的房子，接待處receiption好顯小，按導航到那裡，因為是晚上十點鐘，根本認不出來，開出來又打電話，費了些精神才找到。
