Slept like a baby despite the super loud announcements from the MT matches at night beside the hotel lol!! A really good location with food, bars, massage parlors, beauty salons, convenient stores and pharmacies nearby!! its approx 15mins walk to the beach! :)
+ theres a 7/11 downstairs but is always super crowded with long queues
+ staff were super friendly and helpful too
+ wifi super good and strong too

Coldness of the aircon is not stable, airco also not clean. Not allowed to keep the airco running while you are away, the roomkey is attached to the power supply card. Sun is burning all day at your balcony, so if you get back in the room after being away for a couple of hours, it is burning hot inside and the airco needs until next morning to cool the place (only above the bed) a little bit. This means that you will be sleeping in the wind straight under a dirty airco. But the poil was nice,

It is located in the heart of Patong, so everything is in walking distance. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel seemed a little rundown, so minor improvements might be needed. The pool at the top was beautiful and clean. For this price, I did not expect the room to be so spacious and come with a bathtub. I would probably not book the room on first floor again though because the windows had no guard and it was a little scary.

Very clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Very good location, with portly of bars restaurants and shopping nearby. Just a 10-15 min walk to the beach. Breakfast okay but preferred to go out and find better elsewhere, which was easy to do. Rooftop pool was clean and not busy at all. Not too noisy except the rooms at the front when the Thai boxing was held at the venue opposite a couple of nights a week, but even then it didn’t go on too late. If you’re looking for a balcony with a view, then this isn’t the hotel for you. However, if you’re looking for a clean hotel in a very good location then it’s a good option.

Nice hotel, convenient location, comfortable rooms. There is a small swimming pool on the roof. Disadvantages: lack of sound insulation
