I forgot my bag in the room 107 when checked out in the early morning of Mar 07, 2019 and when I found out , it was already Mar 09, and I called the hotel immediately. the lady replied that they would check with housekeeping. When I arrived at the hotel half hour later, the reception asked me to talk with the duty ***ager. and the Gentle*** was so nice , and he lead me to the house keeping office and handed me the bag. It contains customer name cards and my ID cards, I am really very grateful. thanks to the hotel staff ! Thanks to the hotel

Clean, tidy, and hot breakfast. Compared with another holiday on the same road, parking is free, although the lobby does not look so fancy, but overall good.

Stay Report - 3/4 to 3/5 Location: The hotel is located on 44th Street just north of the AZ Loop 202 Freeway.  It's in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood and within a few miles are plenty of places to eat.  The proximity to the 202 means you can get to Downtown Tempe or Phoenix really easily and the airport is very close. Hotel: The hotel is pretty old (I lived in Phoenix from 2003-2010 and it was always a fixture) but it's recently renovated and looks great.  There's a good looking lobby with a bar and a breakfast and dinner restaurant and there's a ton of meeting space off the lobby.  There's also an outdoor pool along with self parking for free which is a nice touch.  The airport shuttle runs every half hour.   Check In: Bad.  No Titanium recognition at all and the agent didn't even write down my room number on the envelope.  When I went back she just shouted it at me.   Room: This part was good at least.  It's one of the renovated Marriott rooms and looked really good it was also quite spacious.  There were two beds with outlets next to them, an InterneTV, two chairs by the windows and a large enough renovated bathroom. Breakfast: It nicely started at 6 AM and as a Titanium there was a full buffet with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and pancakes plus oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and fruit.   Overall a really good airport option.

I originally wanted to stay at this hotel during the New Year holiday in the United States. I ate a bunch of Chinese restaurants in the next door. However, due to forced demolition, the Chinese restaurant was closed and there was no fun. The hotel itself is quite good, breakfast is the same as other hotels. On the 1st floor, there is a commissary, a printer, an ATM (which can identify UnionPay cards), and a swimming pool outside the house. Shuttle shuttle is estimated to call to pick up at the airport? I haven't been there because I took the Greyhound bus to Phoenix. The rest is not the airport at the terminal, but the Washington Street at the previous stop. I will get off the bus and walk straight. Personally, it is a huge loss to the Chinese restaurants and supermarkets in the cultural center next to them. But if you don't want to eat Chinese food, it's good.
