Room was spacious,food was tasty.Towel was not prepared in the room.I had to call the housekeeping to send the towel.Valet parking was BAD.The staff parked my car and he didn’t closed the window at driver’s side and didn’t pull the handbrake ! The reasons booked this hotel was to attend wedding dinner nearby this hotel. The moment we checked in, the reception informed me that their rooms' air-cond got a problem, waiting for the spare parts to repair. The room air-cond was not cold, but it still can be acceptable. The checked in procedure just took too long, and the receptionist staff need more training.Room size is big & renovated. Overall is ok for me !

Located beside Subang medical center . Hotel is pretty rundown. The hotel was holding exhibit of an artist. Went to the salon located at the lobby . Boss is very friendly and price is very reasonable. Had my keratin treatment done . Upon entering the room , the walkway outside the bathroom was wet . Housekeeping forgot to close the fridge door resulting on the watery patch . This hotel is suitable for younger couples who drives . Personally will not recommend for families with children as there’s no amenities nearby other than 1-2 coffeeshops opposite the hotel and a kmart ( about 10mins walk) .

We were upgraded to the Deluxe room! They gave complimentary softdrinks, snacks & cookies with this room. This room comes with a shower & bathtub. Complete basic toiletries. The bath gel smells good! The hotel is connected to 1Utama mall, so you can shop till you drop! The parking is complimentary. We definitely will come back!
