Really great hotel for the price. Small issue that all the water went out at approx. 6pm in the hotel (no running water) but trip.com was able to give partial credit back for this, and it was solved by about 4am. This has only happened once from all the times I've stayed here and it was a generally quick fix. Rooms are big, beds are clean, water is hot, AC is cold and no deposit

The hotel is located on a major road in Pattaya. This will be convenient for those travelers who have their own transport.The hotel is worth the money they ask for. It is quite clean, no balcony. There is parking.

cheap hotel, for this price you can't expect more. location is inconvenient on the highway. but for the money it's a normal option

See if u are looking to save cost like i was yesterday then chose this. But but but but but!!!!!!! Read in detail: Basically I got it for nearly $14 and it was a private room with 2 small beds and a few chairs etc. The pic you can see (is what's the reason people left them bad reviews) when it's checked in i asked the receptionist why u have many bad reviews he said idk I said like the hotel seems ok to me but why? Now I know whyyyyy Basically they are trying to Harras me right now into paying 500 baht or more like blackmailing. I am in their hotels and we've a police man here with us basically what happened that last night I was eating some food and somehow by mistake little stain on bedsheet which when checking out the guy said pay me 300 or I call police I said no bro I made a mistake I know that it's a strain and I made a mistake I apologize when I told him that I've a bus after 2 hours he started asking for more. After talking with his boss on call and waiting for a few hours his boss called a police guy to be honest it feels like police guy is also involved with them like he knows the staff very well. Police man can hardly speak any English and now they put the bed sheet in a black plastic bag and we are heading towards the police station to fight the case for a stain on bed sheet! To be honest I was not ok to pay but was getting late so I said ok I am paying 300 and leaving the bad experience reviews he said no 500 baht needed i said let's waste time and now i am in their car going to the police station. Also i am not blaming anyone but to be honest i also lost some dollars from my room I really don't know what happened who did it I am not blaming anyone but $51 I had in cash was not in my room when I checked later they were in my room before I didn't go anywhere after that. Location: It is very far from the main city center like u have to book bolt or grab most of the times and there's barely any 7 11 or convenience stores in walking distance .. I will rate this 1/10 1 bcz of private room and bathroom and cheap -9 bcz of they already know they have so many bad reviews still instead of making sure about the customer experience they care about money and i think that's why they deserve 1 star. So finally after wasting a few hours in the hotel and them messing around with the police and him they kept blackmailing they first asked for 300 then when I kept saying no no they increased to 500 then 700 then more till I had enough! I kept saying take 300 leave me I've to go they said no no no 500 now! I even told them I will leave a detailed negative review everywhere or I will leave a good one if u just let me go now they said ok leave bad but pay 500 So u deserve this !!!!!!! Scammers!!!!!!!!!

It’s beside the main road so that it is convenient to go .However , there is no seven near hotel . The key from hotel is a bit old so it is hard to open .I have to call security to open to the door whenever I come back from outsides. The bathroom is also clean .It is affordable to stay as a budget traveler
