I had contacted the hotel manager before booking my two-night stay and specifically requested a quiet room, as I am currently suffering from a fractured tailbone. The manager assured me that this request would be taken care of. However, upon arrival, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of offering a solution, we were bluntly told that if we were unhappy, we could simply cancel the booking. I immediately contacted Trip.com and explained the situation in detail. After reviewing my complaint, Trip.com coordinated with the hotel, and the hotel agreed to modify the booking and refund the second night. Despite this agreement, after checkout the hotel refused to refund the amount for the second night for the second room, going back on what they had already approved. This felt extremely dishonest and unprofessional. Regarding the property itself: • The rooms are very old • Bathrooms are outdated • Beds are noisy • Air conditioning is loud • The mattress is extremely hard, which is unacceptable, especially for guests with medical issues • Overall service is poor and unhelpful This was an absolutely horrible experience. The behavior of the staff was rude, misleading, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

It is a proper hotel with swimming pool, parking, 24 hours reception, dining area (probably no restaurant). Check in was smooth. Room was spacious. Unfortunately, the person who designed the hotel did not consider the noise issues from the road. Almost all the rooms have balconies facing the road. The noise is intense, even from the top floor. I requested a room on the back side, but was given a room with the balcony facing the road. However, when I requested the receptionist , she changed the room immediately. They do everyday room cleaning and towels were changed. I did not ask for bedsheets to be changed, but I guess if needed it would be also changed. There is a microwave oven in the downstairs for warming food. Also there is instant coffee making options. There is a laundry about 20 meters from the hotel, 7-11 and other departmental stores 30 s to 1 minute walk. Some roadside food stalls are also there. Baht bus goes through right in front of the hotel. Bed was big, mattress and pillows were comfortable. AC did not make noise, but as the room was unnecessarily large and as the AC was on the other side of the room, it felt a little hot when I was sleeping. Staffs are nice, except one weird thing with one of the receptionists. One the last day when I was trying to warm some food in a Styrofoam box with the microwave oven, the receptionist ran to me and said that I could not put plastic box inside the oven. I told her it was Styrofoam, but she was very rude and forced me to take out the box. It was weird. Other than the road side noise, there was no noise from the bars or clubs. I was on the 7th floor, water pressure in the shower was weak. There was hot water. Both check in and check out was fast. If I can get the room at the rear side, I would come back.

Hotel is dated but rooms are in decent condition and for around 800 thb it is a good value - however it is extremely noisy in rooms facing thepraya road, so you need ear plugs to sleep properly

Stayed here for 3 days.. not bad. The reception is 247, has a lift. I was on the 7th floor and it also had a balcony. The view was overlooking a empty lot, but for the price it was ok. Out in the middle of nowhere, about 25 mins to Walking Street and an hour to Central Pattaya. The room was big and clean, 2 single beds. Invited my friend over, she just walked into the hotel, no questions asked. Room has shampoo and shower gel, I paper, towels, and drinking water in the form of 2 glass bottles which are replenished when they do room cleaning. If staying few days it's ok.. if long time like a week and want more night life vibes, then look elsewhere. This place is situated in a very quiet area.. this place has a lot of Indian, Arabs, Middle Eastern people so not very clean - crowded, rubbish everywhere, touts on the street trying to sell you a suit, etc. I won't stay here again, too far, and in a dirty area.. But hotel itself was clean.
