It is a proper hotel with swimming pool, parking, 24 hours reception, dining area (probably no restaurant).
Check in was smooth.
Room was spacious.
Unfortunately, the person who designed the hotel did not consider the noise issues from the road.
Almost all the rooms have balconies facing the road. The noise is intense, even from the top floor.
I requested a room on the back side, but was given a room with the balcony facing the road.
However, when I requested the receptionist , she changed the room immediately.
They do everyday room cleaning and towels were changed. I did not ask for bedsheets to be changed, but I guess if needed it would be also changed.
There is a microwave oven in the downstairs for warming food. Also there is instant coffee making options.
There is a laundry about 20 meters from the hotel, 7-11 and other departmental stores 30 s to 1 minute walk. Some roadside food stalls are also there. Baht bus goes through right in front of the hotel.
Bed was big, mattress and pillows were comfortable.
AC did not make noise, but as the room was unnecessarily large and as the AC was on the other side of the room, it felt a little hot when I was sleeping.
Staffs are nice, except one weird thing with one of the receptionists. One the last day when I was trying to warm some food in a Styrofoam box with the microwave oven, the receptionist ran to me and said that I could not put plastic box inside the oven. I told her it was Styrofoam, but she was very rude and forced me to take out the box. It was weird.
Other than the road side noise, there was no noise from the bars or clubs.
I was on the 7th floor, water pressure in the shower was weak. There was hot water. Both check in and check out was fast.
If I can get the room at the rear side, I would come back.
