Pattaya town house three bedroom pool villa

Excellent townhouse. Everything is clean, the owner quickly responds if something is needed. It's a bit far to the beach, we specifically looked for such a place. Quiet, no fuss. Nearby there are shops and a market and hairdressers. In 7/11 you can pay RSHB, it's convenient. Cats also came to visit us. Each room has air conditioning. There is a washing machine, we did not use it. 3 bathrooms with accessories. I want to come back again

Bad review. First, I couldn't get through when I arrived at the location. No one answered the phone. I finally got through half an hour later. Second, I found that the bathroom door in the living room was broken when I entered the room. No one came to fix it after I told them. I had to go to the second floor every time I went to the bathroom. Third, they sent a message saying that the electricity consumption should not exceed 30 degrees per day. Does it mean that the air conditioner in the living room with three rooms cannot be turned on casually? Fourth, there was no paper towel in the living room. Fifth, there were mosquitoes flying everywhere, at least 200+. Fifth, they said that check-out should not be later than 11 o'clock. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, and this is the first time I have seen such a requirement.

The location is too far out of town, so it's inconvenient and there are a lot of cockroaches and bugs. It's not cleaned and unlike the picture, the pool is not visible. I don't want to go back. The staff is friendly.
