The Base condo has a central location and lovely views from the roof, and it is quiet in the rooms facing the yard. It is getting old but still good: don't expect a 5-star hotel. Suitable for people who need extra space for low cost and privacy. The service is excellent. Recommended.

The apartment is really located in Central Pattaya. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and shopping mall. The are a lot of food shops and bars near by. Very convenient . The room was very clean and cozy. There are 2 swimming pool here and the gym is fine. I would love to come back here and for sure 😘

I highly recommend this place. The location is great and the noise level at night is located considering where it is located. I liked the location which is near the Central Mall about 5 to 10-min walk to the beach and near great restaurants. I would also like to thank Mimi for her extra effort. My girlfriend was the contact person with Mimi because she speaks Thai and I do not. Well, she was a little overzealous in calling Mimi for things and Mimi handled them quickly and from I could tell she couldn't be any sweeter about it.

The room was better than expected, clean and convenient.
The housekeeper was very considerate and arranged a room on a high floor with a sea view for us.
The bed was 1.5 meters long, which was a bit crowded for two people.
