It was a nice experience. Location is good. Rooms are very clean. Nice behavior from hotel staff. Restaurant is good. Tasty food. Overall excellent!

The hotel was cosy, clean and everything was upto the mark. It inf-act matched the level of starred hotels. The staff was polite and helpful and made us feel welcome.

Park residency at kozhencherry is perfectly located. Places like ranni are within easy reach. The hotel has a nice air-conditioned restaurant and offers a good variety both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, including north indian food. The food tastes more like home made food. The car parking outside the hotel is ample, but not sheltered. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn't have a lift. There is no laundry facility also. The staff is courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. We had booked two rooms. The rooms on one side are very large and spacious. The other side room was slightly smaller. The bathroom was nice and clean. The rooms, like most hotels, have an electric kettle, tea bags, coffee and milk powder sachets for making a quick coffee or tea. We had both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food at the restaurant. The rates were extremely reasonable.

The rooms are maintained very well. Food is ok. A bit noisy since there is an attached bar
