Hotel Central Saint Germain

I have just got back from my trip to Paris where I stayed in this hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, not many options but there was some nice food. However, we stayed in the room 106 which was situated right opposite a bar that closed at 3am! It was the loudest bar near us which was typical. I know it’s not the hotels fault but just bare in mind when you book, see if you can specify which room. Unfortunately the hotel staff on the night shift wasn’t very helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and we were told we couldn’t swap rooms either night! We asked on multiple occasions and their response was ask in the morning. I just wanted to let people know as I didn’t sleep a wink the whole trip and don’t want the same for any one else.

The elevator is very small, and it has been very hard to add an elevator to this old house. The rooms are small in the style of an old European hotel. The rooms near the road may be noisy. You must give the key to the front desk when you go out and collect it when you come back. Nearby are all attractions, Shakespeare’s Bookstore, Notre Dame Cathedral, Pantheon, University, not far from the Flower God Cafe, you can walk slowly, there are also subway stations nearby.
Mercure Paris la Sorbonne Saint Germain des Pres Hotel

The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the Saint-Michel Sorbonne. In the cultural district, there are many French locals and college students on the road, as well as cafes and cinemas, and the life is extremely convenient. Taking the subway is also a five-minute walk.

Our flight was unfortunately cancelled, do we had to change flights and arrive late at the hotel. Mansour welcomed us very well around 2 am. A great surprise, we had a nice room right in the Latin Quarter, you’ll find everything you need, and transport is just a two-minutes walk from the hotel. The big plus is that all the staff will help you and give you the best advice. We’ll be back without hesitation.

Overall it was very good Seine River and Luxembourg Park are both within walking distance, so it was nice to take a walk. Public transportation is a bit vague, but I almost went to Odeon Station. Most of all, the front desk staff were very friendly, so it was a very comfortable stay and the security was good. If you are in a single room, be sure to ask for a good view on a higher floor :)
Hotel le Lapin Blanc

The hotel location is a bit remote, about 1 hour away from the town center, which is more suitable for vacation. Breakfast is rich, with freshly cooked porridge and noodles. It is worth mentioning that the hotel breakfast on Saturday and Sunday ends at 11 noon, and those who like to sleep late don't have to worry about what happens to get up early for breakfast. The hotel service is in place, the bedding is clean, the room is super large, and you can see the mountains and water on the other side as soon as you open the window.
