未保留提前半月預訂的親子房，到店我去辦入住才知道出錯了，其他客人已入住而且外出了！不得已入住三人房，無桌子椅子，三張床而已～還好第二天入住了親子房，房內設施有沙發有桌子，温馨舒適～客房確認怎麼會疏忽到這個程度，真是奇怪了！攜程給個説法！

大堂裝飾還可以！到房間後覺得有點簡陋了點，不大氣，掛毛巾的地方也沒有，衞生間下水口和站人的地方差不多高😓

酒店位置比較好找，環境不錯，停車場比較大，住宿的服務員很熱情，也很耐心。周邊吃飯的地方比較多。對酒店住宿比較滿意。
餐飲比較差，早晨7:50左右，基本沒有吃的了，一片狼藉。
餐飲拖了住宿的後腿。希望好好反思反思。

酒店就在市中心，停車方便，房間乾淨，這次給開的房是靠河邊，晚上的夜景挺漂亮，有個綠道，飯後去散步非常方便，早餐有磐安當地的小吃，玉米糊（養生）好吃😋，沒精神的還可以來杯咖啡，服務員也很有耐心，運氣好，前台小姐姐送了張金雞巖的門票😍😍🥰🥰🥰，下次還是會選擇

酒店離縣城車站很近，交通便捷，停車場很大，免費停車，前台小姐姐免費升級了房間，服務態度很好，房間衞生也很乾凈，早餐是自助早餐，有包子豆漿餅還有炒粉幹很多品種，特別滿意的一次體驗，下次還會再來的。
