The hotel is ok, close to the beach, the view from the window is definitely one of the biggest advantages of this place. The food was ok. It wasn't crazy, it wasn't bad either.

The breakfast quite varied, close to Palma. In the area, now in winter almost everything is closed.

Just returned from 5 nights and can only give positive feedback. The lovely staff upgraded me from a single to double room on arrival ( fab surprise). The hotel was clean, in the perfect location for the beach and breakfast was fantastic. I stayed on my own but for a wedding in palma, and lots of friends who stayed locally felt this hotel was very reasonable for quality and location. There’s a very large gym too with lots of equipment. One side of the hotel seemed slightly newer than the other but rooms were of the same quality. Some of the reviews prior to arriving I found to be very unfair and misleading. Fantastic stay and beautiful October weather. For a mid 30’s solo female I also felt very safe and looked after.

The Marivent ticks all the boxes for what my sister and I are looking for in our break, so much so it was our second time here, 3rd time with Be Live in Cala Major and we'll be back in 2025. The location to the airport, Palma and the best bit it's on the beach.

The hotel is worn down and with several damages both in the room and in general. There was also a strong smell of sewer in the room.

Fantastic Adults Only hotel environment. So peaceful at this time of year. Fabulous location overlooking the beach at Cala Mayor. I chose a superior sea view front facing room which was definitely worth the extra cost. Staff are friendly welcoming and helpful. Luckily the weather this week is exceptionally good.

Not worth the money. Hotel looks run down, rooms could be nice and clean or completely worn down. We booked 6 rooms and while some got nice clean rooms others got dirty worn out room, complete scam.
