DISGRACE!!! 04 June first contact to close a double room, we arrange dates, I inform you that I have a voucher for the tourism program for everyone, we agree on the price, I ask him to send me an account number/IBAN for the advance payment of part of the amount, he agrees, he says that he will send me an SMS and he never sends me! 05 June second communication about closing the room, the conversation is repeated, I ask again before we hang up to send me an account number, he says he will send it to me and he never does. 09 June third contact, I again ask him to send me a bank account to book the room, I report to the owner that me and my girlfriend have booked leave from our jobs on this particular date and that I want to be quiet about the room! He confirms the reservation and how he will send the SMS. June 28 WEDNESDAY Contact the hotel, confirm the reservation and how will they send me the bill for the advance payment!!! June 30 THURSDAY contact with the hotel, the "responsible" tells me that finally "something" has changed and that the price that has been said 4 times is DIFFERENT, increased by 15 euros per night. After searching *********** I find his accommodation available and a price cheaper by 7.5 euros per night and I tell him that I will book from there. After he explains to me that I cannot use my one (1) voucher through the booking, I ask him why he is changing the price and how this price is determined. After he didn't explain to me sufficiently, he simply repeated the amount that belongs to the voucher holder and to the non-voucher, he told me that he will get his money from the booking in advance, while he will see it from the state in a year and a half. After I told him that I wasn't interested at all (if he wanted, he shouldn't have entered the list of accommodations) I AGREE with the new price because I really liked the hotel and I wanted to FINALLY book my vacation! July 1, sixth communication that I have not received an SMS. They asked me to send them an email with the details of the voucher so they could have it and check its validity and that they would then send my account number to my email 2 July email and they never sent me anything :) The morning before we leave I call for booking confirmation and guess what! THERE WAS NO RESERVATION in my name! I informed the girl at the reception that she should contact the person in charge. The girl picks me up again and tells me that she spoke and that nothing is happening. The "responsible" was apparently not interested in taking me personally to tell me. I asked for his phone number, we also talked: he did NOT offer to accommodate us even for one night in a room that was vacant. He did NOT offer to look for another accommodation for us. He could NOT justify himself. He told us he was sorry and that IF we found something in the area to come by, he would treat us to a cocktail!!!!!
