Wonderful place to stay in Palermo, especially if you need to stay close to the train station. Restaurants are few and far between, but the Trattoria Trapane is amazing & a must try. The Mondello beach is only 20 minutes away. We had the double room (rn #1), which was modern, clean and very nice. Highly recommend.

The room was exactly as described. Small but clean and comfortable. Check-in staff spoke no English, but we muffled through perfectly fine.

Cercherò di essere sintetico: reception in una sala slot dove appena entri è presente l'odore di fumo. Stanza insonorizzata si sente tutto, anche il portone in fondo alle scale quando viene aperto. Un continuo via vai di persone. Stanza sporca. Bagno sporco con capelli vari e prodotti usati. Piatto doccia intasato. Lenzuola sporche e logore: idem copriletto e asciugamani. Il materasso era inesistente e scomodissimo. La seduta del bagno si fatica a starci seduti per quanto vicina al mobilio. Impossibile muoversi vicino al letto per le dimensioni. La tv messa all'angolo non permette di passare agevolmente in bagno e/o mettersi nel lato giusto del letto. Prenotato 3 notti, restati 1 sola perché non abbiamo trovato nulla di disponibile la sera stessa. L'immagine di copertina riporta un bel "9" di punteggio e trae in inganno (come successo) chi prenota. Da evitare

Assolutamente ingiuste le recensioni negative che lo descrivono come un luogo di perdizione solo perchè si trova sopra una sala di slot, personalmente non è un elemento che ci ha disturbato anzi abbiamo lasciato la struttura alle 04 di mattina ed abbiamo potuto vedere che vi è anche una buttafuori all'ingresso. Ovviamente si trova in una delle città più affollate e chiassose d'Italia e per di più è vicino alla stazione dei treni quindi sono assolutamente normali eventuali schiamazzi notturni. La camera è pulita e carina, il personale gentile inoltre si può arrivare in qualsiasi orari ed è super comodo per chi si sposta in treno o bus

Le recensioni negative mi avevano inizialmente agitato ma poi come sempre mi sono affidata al mio istinto e posso dire di non aver sbagliato. La camera è sopra una sala slot dove si fa il check in, disponibile sempre. La struttura è pulita e carina gestita da personale gentile. Riguardo alla pericolosità della zona che viene descritta posso dire che è una zona animata di giorno e di notte come lo possono essere tutte le zone vicine alle stazioni delle grandi città.
