The place is nice. If you are not 100% an animal lover, I do not recommend it. There are several not very nice animals hanging around the hotel. And there is a lot of noise at night, the rooms have quite a few insects, such as ants, those that don't bite but climb on your things or clothes. I would recommend the place to fumigate the rooms, out there they have a pretty nice Alberta area. To leave the hotel you have to order a taxi or arrive by car.

That it is more fantastic than to arrive in our hotel, surrounded by crying monkeys and overflung by the flights of red arrays (guacamays escarlates) in the right way of extinction by this dear human being. Very restful. Great beds, sheets, pillows, hot water, towels, complimentary water/shampoo/etc. I travel quite a bit, but I know many do not. For the neophyte/uneasy traveler I'd say, ”You'll be very comfortable here.” Very easy access to the Palenque ruins. The AC works great. Staff has been wonderful. We had a minor problem and it was addressed immediately. It really is a nice place to stay (and it has it's own restaurant). I believe I need to be mindful of my fellow travelers priorities and say that I found the pool a disappointment. It's very nice in location/construction, but my observation on this trip has been that ALL the hotels I've stay edat use their pool filters only part of the day. I regret that this pool is so cloudy that (I think) a good 'shock' treatment is in order as well as a thorough cleaning.

The decoration of the hotel is relatively new, with large rooms and comfortable beds. There is free coffee. The downside is that it faces the street, with loud car noise and few parking spaces. The air conditioner was old-fashioned, blowing directly on the bed, and my head hurt the next day.

Unfortunately, declining points due to insupportable hard mattresses and kitchens, rooms inpersonal and naked, view from the window on mask wire oven ..... Pool small and nice, few beds available. Restaurant overview, friendly but over-required staff .....es gives beer .... and then don't much, Eat fad .... For 1-2 nights but ok.
