The hotel is quite beautiful, but there are frequent power outages in this place and we lose contact immediately.

Everything was good. The place is next to the jungle which it was a plus. Lots of humidity so be aware. I am only giving a four stars because one of the rooms a/c made a lot of noise and was not able to get a good night rest. Also the pool had no lighting and after a long trip from touring, we wanted to take a dip but it was all dark. Room are clean and lots of space. Beds are also very clean and comfortable. Lots of different birds to see which made it very nice to hear them in the morning. Food is great and the service was great. If you want to avoid crowds, come between November 23 to December 12. Not too many people and you will avoid Mexicos vacation rush.
But be aware of the pergrimage people of the virgen de guadalupe. They will slow the flow of traffic and cause you at times headaches to get to your destination. Over all we had a great time and nice stay. I definitely recommend this hotel

Extremely poor condition. Bugs and critters everywhere in the room. Toilet not flushing. VERY DIRTY. HORRIBLE PLACE.

The hotel has a dangerous entrance, last night when we stayed there was torrential rain, the problem is that when you enter the hotel it gets very puddled on one side, they have a water drain that has no signs or is protected, and with the water that rises when it rains at night you can't see anything so if you don't know the area what happened to us can happen, we went in the drain the truck was half full of water, I was going with my family and the most unfortunate thing is that those from the hotel did not come out or make themselves noticed in the incident, no one from the hotel helped us, not even because the Crane made maneuvers in its parking lot. Take your precautions, it is not a reliable hotel.

Upon arrival, they assigned me a room very well and the television control was apparently not working due to bad batteries. Then I tried to turn off the air conditioning LED and the climate completely broke down, so they even had to change our room at 11: 00 pm 😡😡😡
