Please choose another hotel. If you have an unexpected issue, you will not find understanding or kindness here. As per their cancellation policy, we gave sufficient days notice of cancellation due to a medical emergency. Ignoring the actual policy, The hotel said that a cancellation at any time would mean full price is paid. Money was taken from my card and you've guessed it, even the offer of a copy of the hospital report would not change their mind or encourage them to be kind. Very disappointing. Other Spanish hotels we had to cancel sent get well wishes - that was lovely. It is just this hotel which was unfeeling and unhelpful in a very stressful situation.

Very clean, comfortable small hotel in a great location. Staff at reception extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy but great value for money.

Check-in was good and front desk staff fairly friendly. House keeping ladies were friendly but… the cleaning was sub par. One pet peeve I have with any hotel is the bathroom cleanliness. The shower stall was full of black mould in the silicone seals and grout. The was also red mould (the juvenile black mould) forming around the hot/cold water handles and faucet’s as well as the shower head. Perhaps this was isolated but I suspect this was not the only room with this issue. This is really unacceptable. The double bed was hard and unforgiving as well as the single pillow. Again, unacceptable for a room for two people. The breakfast was OK as it was stated that this was a continental breakfast. The hotel front desk staff were also tasked with making coffee and tea while still manning the phones and front desk. This is a poor management decision in my opinion. The only saving grace is the hotel is centrally located close the the main train station. The $67 a night including taxes perhaps, says it all. Unfortunately, much improvement is need before I can in faith, recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient local for visiting the centre. Paid parking, but very secure and direct access to rooms via a lift. Very clean everywhere. Comfie bed, great shower.
Buffet breakfast. Good range of food.

We had booked a room and parking was included, except that the underground garage is really narrow: a medium-large car won't fit, so we had to park outside in another paid parking lot. This is something that should be said, instead of pretending nothing happened, already during the booking phase. Some members of the reception speak English, others only Spanish, it depends on the time of the shift, if you are lucky or not. Fairly large room and average breakfast for a hotel of this category. The price, for the category of the hotel, for the location and for being in Asturias, I consider it too high.

The room, including the beds, were full of grit. It was quite dirty. On the other hand, the bathroom smelled horrible of pipes, a nauseating smell. Finally, we had breakfast and it was very average for the price, there was very little variety.
