Good for onward travel. Nice restaurant staff
The hotel had a nice exterior and the kitchen and bar staff were lovely. The room AC was broken and when highlighted to the reception they showed us a key to press on the side which we were pressing anyway. The AC would switch off on its own and the room was hot. We then had a water leak from the roof and the initial reply from reception was that we would be given a bucket for the dribble if it couldn’t be fixed. Not the customer facing response expected even if the hotel was full. The area was good if you had a car to travel around, which we did. The spa was an extra charge even though the total cost was quite expensive.

While I found the overall environment pleasing, I was quite disappointed with the lack of soundproofing in the rooms.
Unfortunately, the walls did not adequately block noise, and I could clearly hear conversations, the air conditioning unit, and various other sounds from the neighboring room during the night. This constant noise significantly disturbed my sleep and impacted my stay negatively.
