For those who travel as a family, please pay extra attention to this hotel. The hotel charged us an additional charge of 99,300 JPY (ie SGD $925) for two kids’ half board meals. In the end, we paid almost SGD $1900 for 2 adults and 2 kids for one night stay at Ginrinsou. That is ridiculous!!! Please avoid this hotel.

모든 직원들이 친절하고 잔잔한 여운이 남는 숙소 입니다
식사는 말할것 없이 너무 맛있고 신선한 재료들로 만들었으며
세심하게 챙겨주십니다
건물은 너무 고풍스럽고 조용히 머물수 있는 숙소였습니다

服務很好，會免費叫車送去小樽築港車站，晚飯和早餐都很精緻豐富。客房大概有60平左右，獨立的私湯房隨時都能泡，天氣太冷也就沒有去公共湯池。房間可以看到整個小樽港，滿分💯！力薦！

오타루 칫코 역에서 전화하면 5분 안에 데리러 와줍니다.
직원들 대부분이 영어가 불가능합니다. 대신 한국어가 조금 가능한 직원이 한명 있었습니다.
흡연가능 객실임에도 불구하고 전혀 냄새가 나지 않았습니다.
전체적인 객실이 상당히 넓었고 객실과 노천탕 모두 바다를 보며 온천을 즐길 수 있는 것이 좋았습니다.
퇴실 시 택시는 원하는 장소가 아닌 오타루 칫코 역까지만 데려다주며 가격은 무료입니다.
