It accommodates 6 people, with 1 bed per person. The accommodation is comfortable and the transportation is convenient. The window overlooks Tsutenkaku Tower. It is only a 3-minute walk away. It is also convenient for eating. I will consider it again next time I travel.

There are FamilyMart and Lawson supermarkets nearby, as well as a Tamatsu supermarket where you can buy things and cook them yourself. From the subway station, you can take the Metro Esumimachi Station. There is an elevator available at the Tsutenkaku Exit No. 3, which is more convenient for large luggage and strollers. The disadvantage of using it is that there is only a single line at Kaisumicho Station. To go to Umeda or other places, you need to transfer to Namba Station. However, it is quite convenient to go to Dotongo. You only need to take one stop to Nihombashi Station. Disadvantages: The elevator is a bit small and can only take about 4 people. The room was not cleaned after 5 days of stay.

The apartment was in a nice location with a subway station that was around a 5 minutes walk. There is also a 2 convenient stores around a 2 times walk as well as a grocery store that you can see from the apartment.
The bulding itself has a eleovator, which was perfect with having a heavy luggage. The security is storng only people that are staying have access and the main entrance door you need a code to get in.
The apartment itself had a nice decor, sitting area, desk area and a balcony to relax. The only negative that I have experience is that there is a washing machine which is perfect but when I when to use the washing machine there was a good amount of mold on the side were the lint catches as well as on the top rim of the machine.
I did contact the manager of the building they did apologies and offer to have it cleaned but I told them they can give me the product and I can clean it myself. I let the bleach settle for many hours but the mold was not coming out. The fact that the mold was not scrubbing out ,told me that it has been there for a while.
This is a hazardous issue ( I am asthmatic) and I did have a bit of hesitation if there was anything else in the apartment that had mold and has not been managed.
One of the reasons I did reserve at this property was for the washing machine as I was traveling to multiple cities In Japan.
I would consider staying at this property but would want the owners to be a bit more cautions in the future.
