快適でした。

The reservation site said breakfast was 500 yen, but it was actually 700 yen. However, we were able to keep our luggage for free even after our stay. It was very helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

They are working on the SDGs and were offering special benefits to those who brought their own toothbrushes. The receptionist responded kindly and politely to my inquiries, and I would like to use the service again next time.

I like the location near the Shinkansen station.

I was looking for a hotel close to the Shinkansen entrance and exit and ended up staying here. The hotel was close to the Midosuji Line and the entrance and exit, making it perfect for a trip to Kyocera Dome. I would like to stay there again if I have the chance.

It was very clean and the facilities were easy to find, so it was great! The check-out time was also automatically extended, which was very helpful. It's easy to get to, as you can get there by walking straight from the station.

It's still very good and has all the necessary facilities. Self-service drinks and drinking water are also provided in the lobby on the first floor. When checking in, when entering the lobby, you need to simply fill out an information form on the left hand side, then queue up to check in. After getting the room card, pay the tax of 100 yen at the self-service machine diagonally opposite the front desk. When checking out, tell the staff directly, and then return the room card at the self-service machine where you pay taxes.

We have almost played in downtown Osaka. This trip I used the Kansai Metropolitan Pass to visit Okayama, Wakayama, Kobe, Himeji and other surrounding areas. Departs from Shin-Osaka Station every day. It’s really convenient to live here! It takes about five minutes to walk via the overpass to Shin-Osaka Station. There are shinkansen, jr and subway, which is really incomparable and convenient! The room is small, with a bed, TV, and a small desk, but it is really well-equipped. There is a bathtub for taking a bath, and it is very considerate to turn on the heater and humidifier in winter.

I stayed with breakfast included. Breakfast was a typical buffet, but I was surprised at how few items there were. It was potato salad, boiled* bread, and curry rice. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower was weak. The room was clean and very nice.

The reception is not kindness to guide for customer because they always said to look the machine monitor for something without smile
