Stayed in Osaka for 2 nights and it was more expensive than the previous one, probably because of Saturday. I'm not familiar with the software, so I didn't change it to two people. I went and added 250, but it was worse than the first one. The space was small and the sheets were a little damp. The overall feeling was average, but the location was very convenient. It cost 200 to go downstairs. Rice is Kuromon Market

I'm a repeater. Although it is not a new facility, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. We also appreciate that breakfast is free and check-out is at 12:00.

Henn na Hotel Osaka Namba

Overall quite ok to stay here. But the bath towel has some smell although they changed towel daily. Check in and check out by using robot is easier and faster. If your charger is on your bed or perfume on the bed frame there, they will not help you clean and tidy the bed, they said is their hotel policy.

After taking the JLPT exam in early December, I went to Osaka and Kyoto for a free trip for five days and four nights. I stayed at this hotel which was fairly convenient for the airport. The price is reasonable and the transportation is very convenient. There is a subway and a convenience store just a short walk away. The indoor facilities are complete, the small table is enough for laptop work, pajamas, slippers, toiletries and tea bags are all self-service. The maid will clean the room as needed. The service will be very good if you come on weekdays during the off-peak tourist season, but on Fridays and weekends the restaurant and laundry room are a bit overloaded. I hope it can continue to improve in the future. I will continue to consider staying here when I visit in the future.

Osaka 3 star Hotel Guide

Introduction to Osaka

Osaka, Japan's third-largest city, is a dynamic metropolis known for its modern architecture, lively nightlife, and hearty street food culture. It is located in the Kansai region on the main island of Honshu. Osaka's friendly locals and a myriad of attractions, including historic landmarks, theme parks, and shopping districts, provide a compelling contrast to Tokyo's hustle and bustle.

Tips for Travelling to Osaka

Osaka is served by two airports: Kansai International Airport and Itami Airport, with Kansai being the primary gateway for international travelers. The city has an excellent public transportation system, including JR trains, subways, and buses. Japan's famous bullet trains also connect Osaka with other major cities.

The official currency is the Japanese Yen (JPY), and while credit cards are widely accepted, it's worth carrying some cash for smaller establishments. The official language is Japanese, and while English is not commonly spoken by older locals, younger generations and service staff at tourist attractions usually have a good understanding.

Visa requirements for Japan vary depending on your country of origin, so always check in advance. Many countries enjoy visa-free access for short-term visits.

Popular Attractions in Osaka

Dotonbori is Osaka's entertainment heart, with its iconic Glico Man sign, an array of restaurants, and exciting street performances. A visit to Osaka Castle, one of Japan's most famous landmarks, is essential.

Universal Studios Japan, a popular theme park featuring Harry Potter World, is a favorite among families. Explore the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, one of the largest public aquariums in the world, or shop 'til you drop in the Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade.

Weather, Best Time to Visit, and What to Wear

Osaka experiences four distinct seasons. The spring (March-May) and fall (September-November) are the best times to visit, with pleasant temperatures and beautiful cherry blossoms or fall colors. Summers can be hot and humid, while winters are mild but chilly. Depending on the season of your visit, pack accordingly - light, breathable clothing for summer, and warm layers for winter.

Choosing Your Ideal Hotel in Osaka

Osaka offers a wide range of accommodations to suit different travel needs. If you're looking for luxury near attractions, the Intercontinental Osaka in Umeda or Conrad Osaka offer top-notch services and amenities. The Swissotel Nankai Osaka is conveniently located above Nankai Namba Station for easy transportation access.

Budget travelers might find Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka or Hearton Hotel Kitaumeda appealing. Instagrammers would love Hotel The Flag Shinsaibashi, recognized for its minimalist design and excellent location.
