The rooms were fine as this is a new hotel however, I mostly chose the hotel because it had streaming to the television to watch movie. However, I was in two different room, and both barely has any Internet signal and the four nights that I was there I was only able to streamone movie because it just would not work in either room. The other issue that I had was with the evening Front Desk supervisor, The order on ******* was messed up because I chose the room via the pictures, so I chose what I thought was a double queen and I was given a king room, and they refused to change it. I did request to be as near to the entrance as possible for my disabled mother, when I found that it had Internet issues and came back to tell her she said “well, that’s the closest we have to be entry and that’s what you requested, sorry” and didn’t even offer any resolution, not even to move me! I wasn’t able to change my room until the next morning when the front desk clerk offered to change my room automatically and actually took the time to go to the room that she was changing me to, to make sure that the Internet service worked, when that room for whatever reason had no Internet also she moved me to a different room but we verified that that one was working before she moved me to it, even though the Internet was working, it still was not allowing streaming service to the television, so that was disappointing, but I was at least able to get my work and schoolwork.
