Really nice hotel booked purely for the express passes, Check in was slow and took about 40-45 minutes but all the staff were friendly and you couldn’t wish for a better location.

They don’t provide bottled water which is surprising considering the price of the rooms. The queue to check in was crazy long so buffer time.

Brilliant location, Brilliant staff nothing was too much and such a lovely garden in the middle of the lobby, Would stay again!

price is very very fantastic. I could use room key as express ticket. It was wonderful. Location was so close to universial studio that i could walked to go. When i was tired, i went to room and got some rest. Staffs were very kind. Pool was very nice. It has great view

The swimming pool was not usable for three days and only wild ducks could swim in it. The hotel facilities are not very good, and the carpet in the room smells like feet, which is really disgusting. The fast pass to the film and television city is very convenient. It is still a good choice for going to the film and television city.

The lobby is on the third floor, but the room on the first floor smells musty.
