the hotel is good for people doing universal but too far from disney and other disney attractions , the beds too small for a big family.

Nice hotel and suitable family. Hotel is very nearest Universal Orlando and it just take 10 mins to the park. We are also enjoy the breakfast at hotel and there is a many choice.

Nice hotel close to the Universal Studios entrance. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to Universal.

The facilities are outdated, the room is cramped, there is a musty smell, the hair dryer in the bathroom is small and old, and the shower head is not good. It is just for one night. I had booked here after a trip, but I quickly cancelled it.

All very well, the breakfast is very nice however the pool is a bit cold

2nd time staying here to get free shuttle ride to Universal. Free breakfast, parking, and fitness center are key perks. Initially booked a king bed room, but had an issue with the toilet fishing. My room was upgraded to a double cause there were no other king suites available. I'm happy with the customer service.

There were problems with the toilet running causing me to continually wake up.This also occurred in the room adjoining mine which I can hear the person wiggling the handle throughout the night.The carousel on the microwave did not work causing food not to heat evenly. The refrigerator was lacking an ice box to freeze ice packs we use for travel for medical reasons. The refrigerator was missing the rack for the door which is handy for storing bottles.

The ladies at the front desk were friendly but I would not stay at this location again. It was cheaper than some around that area but now I see why. The first room smelled awful but they did switch us to an executive suite but the toilet needed adjusting, then getting ready to check out the light in that room turned off and the smelled burning made us little nervous. They were sending maintenance up. Very surprised cause this hotel showed 4 stars. So we will not stay at this location even if we have to pay more.

WiFi is supposed to included but it was down. Front desk does not answer the phone. Only one light on whole room.
