I would never use trip.com ever again. Regardless of savings they can never repay me after the poor service I received from every representative from trip.com.
I spoke with the hotel that was willing to work with me over a booking issue but trip.com would not and made me pay for a room I never even used

Our flight got cancelled from Toronto, the night we were suppose to stay at the Valhalla, We called the hotel at 7pm to tell them we would not be needing the room that night and the front desk clerk said we should contact trip.com because it wasn't our fault and usually the third party would refund the room. So I did exactly what she said and was told by your people not to expect a refund. So if you are asking me about your service, I probably would tell you that I would not use it in the future and would not recommend it to anyone. Phil McAllen

Room was very clean, but we could hear our neighbor easily, bathroom was really small for the type of room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice place to stay, especially if traveling with pets. Rooms are not made up if staying multiple days. Rooms have been nicely renovated.

Airport shuttle was unfortunate as I had to wait for 3 shuttles until I could board. They gave priority to Pilots/Attendants which made it even harder to swallow (even though I was waiting in line at 12am). The front desk was very slow to check me in - "slow computers" was the frequent response. But the room and breakfast was great.

The pool was warm, booked on *******, still got charged extra "someone forgot to add on taxes" even though taxes were paid in *******. Went during march break hockey tournament season... 30 kids in the pool at once, kids running through out the hallways until after midnight It was chaotic.
Giving a deposit and getting it back took longer than it should of.

Room only cleaned every three days we stayed two had to ask for towels take our own garbage out flirt not sweep pool no towels again out side garbage by door never picked up
