Единица Администратору за враньё. С 6 утра в дороге, уставшие. В этой гостинице были в прошлом году, решили остановиться снова. Забронировали номер на троих с КОНДИЦИОНЕРОМ, и санузлом. Приезжаем к 20.30. Напомню, мы с 6 утра в дороге и других гостиниц не искали даже, были уверены, что здесь всё будет хорошо. На входе админ сделала тупое личико: "Я ошиблась, есть номер без кондера и су на этаже🤦♀️ Дешевле на 500р." - Классно да, так уродски делать, когда людям некуда деваться? Мы готовы заплатить больше, нам необходимо все то, что мы бронировали! В итоге. Номер малюсенький на втором этаже. Духота страшная (на улице выше 30° весь день было), естественно, окно открыто всю ночь. Со стороны трассы👌 Мне даже беруши не помогли. Матрас как железная решетка, весь впивается в тело. Мы не выспались, не отдохнули, а нам опять в дорогу до ночи! Поставила бы минус 10 и высказала весь набор матов, который крутится в моей голове, но не пропустит модератор. Для тебя отдельный котёл в аду, девочка. Очень жаль, что людей бить нельзя по закону.
