Hotel Mainbogen

There are very poor 3 stars in German proportion. From outside draws like a broken house, inside decoration is also appropriate. When washing hands, the grip has triggered. Heating equipment available but doesn't work, so very cold nights can be picked up cold. Nice but very rectangular staff from East Block. Room phone sounds without grounds in midnight and it's not just once. Walls are so thin that you can hear all the small noises from outside and can't sleep through because of drunk guests. Then a staff member comes unsolicited 2 hours before the specified check-out time and asks to stand up what is not acceptable at all. It is an hotel like developing countries. For that, the bed was very good and hand+bathroom of some mass good. At last, everyone must know where to book.

I have just spent 4 days at this hotel for a workshop. I must state right away that I hadn't booked a room; only the seminar room, lunch and dinner. Firstly - and this isn't anything that can be helped, but should be mentioned - the hotel is situated in the MIDDLE of monumental construction (which, by the looks of it, will continue for a loooooong time), cannot easily be accessed due to roads being renewed, the parking lot is in the middle of the building site (dirty, dusty puddles and pebbles). The hotel itself has the brutal charm of 1980s concrete and doesn't seem to welcome you. The meals were buffet only, and sadly nothing to write home about. Tepid and soggy. However, the snacks served during the coffee breaks were prettily served and good. The staff was friendly and funny and helpful, which made up for a lot! I spend quite a bit of time at workshops in hotels across Germany and must unfortunately say, this one didn't make the grade. I cannot imagine where they got their 4 stars.

Work always takes you up to interesting destinations and this time around it was Germany. It seemed like a great stay next to the backyard river with a jogging and cycling track thrown in, had a wonderful time at this great small property with a mini gym and breakfast buffet thrown in. A special mention for the wonderful staff specially Violetta'bajraja' ( I hope I remember her name correctly)at the check in desk which welcomes everyone around with a smile and is always willing to walk the extra mile for the guests, all in all a good property with big rooms and comfortable stay, I wish all it's members a very best for the future endeavours cheers!
Sheraton Offenbach Hotel

Not anymore the hotel it used to be. The restaurant only offered one dish per course, very primitive. As I left my room just before noon , when I got back at 23h I found out that my room was never made, so they just sent new towels basically. In the morning I complained at the reception and all I had in response was “oh, I am sorry”, I even got charged for the garage because I was told that the “person in charge” was not there to help. It is more like an airport hotel now, with buses of oriental people coming and going . Very poor performance by Sheraton

We were guests for a weekend in Achat to watch Frankfurt. The first look from the hotel was very good. An old building, very skillful! I was a little disappointed by the Hitellobby. You can make a lot more from such a great building. The lady to take up was very nice. Unfortunately the rooms are in a very downstairs and rehabilitation-needed neighborhood. The bathroom was very modern, but the sleeping area was rather obsolete and also dirty. We had our small four legs with, because this was possible. But unfortunately we were just flammed at breakfast that no dogs are allowed there. What we unfortunately did not understand. If I pay for my four legs and take him with on holiday, I won't leave him in the hotel room, in a foreign environment. Breakfast was not highlight, but ok. There was everything that belonged to a breakfast. Whatever disturbs, is the continuous air traffic un minute. But as an influx from Frankfurt Airport you must unfortunately accept it.
