the restaurent/bar is good. the room is clean. but it's really difficult to sleep with the constant trafic outside on the mainstreet and the bed is really uncomfortable

There were no service personnel, just an automated check in box. A little confusing at first, but after figuring it out things went smoothly.

Sono molto arrabbiata. Siamo venuti a Oberriet per una gara importantissima, campionato Svizzero di ginnastica e ho prenotato 5 stanze mesi fa. All’arrivo c’è un automatico per il check in. Funzionano tutte le stanze inserendo i nomi a parte la mia !!!!!! Quindi abbiamo dovuto usare il telefono di emergenza. Ci hanno dato un numero di riservazione da inserire nel computer e niente non risultava neanche così ! Abbiamo aspettato in tutto più di un’ora e il giorno seguente dovevamo svegliarci presto per la gara. Poi finalmente funziona ma la stanza ci costa 280 fr quando tutte le altre 140……. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare ancora un po’ al telefono prima di risolvere. Ma trovo assurdo che tra tutte le stanze proprio la mia non risultava che sono io ad aver riservato. Oltretutto avevo scritto il giorno prima per chiedere se era meglio arrivare verso le 12 o se andava bene verso le 22.30 e mi hanno risposto che era indifferente. So di un gruppo di ginnaste che la sera prima ha anche dovuto aspettare un’ora prima di riuscire ad avere tutte le stanze. Dovrebbero farsi due domande sulla funzionalità del loro sistema!

L'hôtel de trouve au bord de la grande route dans une zone industrielle. Très cher par rapport à la qualité (aucun personnel présent). Jolie vue depuis le toit. Le restaurant à côté rend le séjour plus sympathique, bon burgers.

Check-in am Automat war sehr sehr praktisch. Ankunft ist so jederzeit möglich. Zimmer war sehr gross, sauber und modern. Frühstück war sehr fein.
