It was clean and the service was on point, front desk keep checking to see if I need anything. It was close to the beach and the airport I would recommend staying there it worth your money

Annisssa was great and very attentive when my reservation for my last night didn’t come through. Bill the manager is super cool and he is really easy going. It’s nice to go to place where all the staff is not so up tight. The room was nice and only one spot o the sheets which I I call a huge plus! All in all it was a good stay.

When I checked in, the room cleaning had not been completed. I complained and was delivered pillow cases for me to put on my bed. The room smelled bad and there were roaches crawling in the bathroom. Very poor choice in hotels. Lots of traffic and train noise and I left in the middle of the night to drive to my next destination. were because

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our cruise. The hotel offers good value. The first night we stayed at the back, the last night we stayed at the front. Big difference. The shuttle to/from airport is convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable but this hotel is very noisy - train, traffic, people who stay there. The restaurant is under new management and not great. There is not a lot nearby in walking distance. Biggest complaint is they are not very accommodating for people coming back from the cruise terminal - no where to store luggage and no comfortable place to wait for a room. The clerk initially was rude and told us 3 PM no exceptions. We did not have a good sleep the night before our flight due to the extreme noise in the front of the hotel.
