Well, we had a bad experience, since we arrived tired from the flight waiting to receive a room, when we already had the reservation confirmation email, and when the man at the reception arrived he told us that he was very sorry, that there was no room and that he would send us to a Sister hotel, suddenly due to fatigue we did not discuss anything, but when we left we realized that two other people who arrived if I gave them a room, in the same way they sent us to the Hampton, where they treated us great and the hotel was very comfortable, holiday express She took care of the expenses at Hampton, but that doesn't take away the hassle of having to go to the other hotel.

But my biggest problem the parking gate arm came down on my car .
It was shortly after 6 am I was leaving to catch a flight and the something hit my car .

The hotel’s location was good and the staff were nice but sadly the room I stayed in had bedbugs. I have 30 bites. For your own safety don’t stay in room 257. They may be in other rooms but they are for sure in 257. I gave a good rating for staff because they were accommodating but I could not let the bug situation slide for the safety of others.

We missed our Flight to Hawaii (very disappointed), so booked room & Front desk clerk was kind enough to let us in to room early, as I as a cripple and we left for airport at 6:30 am.
