服務：一進酒店就有當地小哥哥給我們獻哈達，真是誠意滿滿👍 環境：在魯朗環境最好的一家酒店，沒事可以去湖邊棧道去欣賞美景，棧道就在酒店裡麪非常方便。 設施：房間設施齊全，衞生也不錯，水不夠用給前台説馬上就送到，還是免費的，房間佈置也很不錯，很有當地特色。

整個酒店的檔次以及品牌調性規劃的很好，地理位置也不錯，房間私密性也很好，服務也不錯，美中不足的是對衞生細節的把控有待提高，例如房間裏的熱水器、茶杯等真的還需更加註意。可能由於個人原因，房間的地暖希望加強，晚上真的冷，另外希望能更換智能馬桶😀，最後祝福商家生意興隆，財源廣進。

酒店是藏式風格的裝修，體會到藏式文化的傳承，房間還幫忙做了免費的升級，非常的棒，打開窗簾就是海拔7000的雪山和波光粼粼的湖面，讓人心曠神怡。工作人員也很熱情，幫忙拿行李，為我們介紹酒店的文化。非常好的入住體驗！下次有機會一定會再來體驗的！

看中保利雅途在魯朗小鎮的C位，想看雪山牧場湖泊林海的，他們家位置超絕。晚上八點才趕到酒店，工作人員極其熱情，給我們把豪華套房直接升級到觀雪山獨棟別墅，當晚總值班酒店主廚童雲還帶人到房裡檢查温度，怕我們不適應，地暖基礎上又增加取暖器，反覆交代有任何問題及時聯繫。保利雅途的藏式裝修極奢華，別墅位置推窗見雪山，尤其滿意的是床品，出門我特別注重睡眠，床墊床品保利不愧是奢華級酒店，太巴適了，一夜好睡。第二天早餐又見到童主廚，跟我們親切交流一番，噓寒問暖，教我們吃酥油茶和糌粑，如同家裡人一般的親切。退房時前台工作人員Cathy也非常耐心細緻熱情，給我們把茶水灌滿，還關心住得舒服有無高反。總之保利雅途硬軟件一流，下次到魯朗依然會選擇這裏！
